In reality this happens automticly, but with graphics you need to think alot if its a static image) is for a white background. You probably should try get your hands on that icon without a background and put ontop of the background in a single image. So to speak. Should give a better AA. It would probably be better to have one side bar on either side of the main body of text. At the moment with the two bars on the same side, it's rather distracting. Also, I'm not sure about the colour scheme. The reds don't seem to match with the podhammer logo. Just my opinion. Hope I've helped.
