Good episode- I like the discussion format.
I’d like to hear how a more ‘regular’ WE army fairs vs the new High Elves though. Your friend’s 2 treemen army doesn’t represent your average WE army in my opinion, and I doubt I’ll get to test my own army against the new High Elves for a fair while.
Is there a plan in the timing of these episodes, or does it just go for however long you feel like letting it go? I don’t find the variations in times bad, I’m just curious.
<p>Yeah Phill has a bit of a reputation for finding the cheese in any army he takes. The Wood Elves are preety tame compared to his Tzeentch Chaos army with dragon, golden eye, staff combo.</p>
I think my style of Wood Elves would not have any major trouble with the High Elves. The army will be small and nowhere near as fast as mine so i can encircle them. Plus treekin is probably the best unit I can think of to negate the advantages of ASF.
Another member of our group Micheal, will be bring his High Elves out of retirement so I am sure to play them quite often. So I report on it in upcoming episodes
<p>As for the show length there is no plan I just let it run as long as it takes. I do think that I like to make it at least 30mins and no longer than an 1h and 15mins. What is your opinion? How long do you think they should go for.</p>
Sorry, I just have one question. What is the played at the beginning of the episode? (The one during the Mark of Chaos voice ‘The Light of Ulthuan Shines within me’)
Good episode overall, though your army lists sound a little cheese
, but still, different gamers, different approaches 
And the question… ‘should i pick ogres or eternal guard in my WE army’ is sooooooooo funnyyyyyyyy

I enjoy the long runtime of the episodes. Since it is a biweekly podcast I find myself listening to them a few times over and the longer the better in my opinion.
The discussions you have with your mates also makes for a fine show. Maybe Matt would like to come back to discuss the Ogre army *wink wink ^_-*
