   Hey Jeff… that’s a very very hard list…. you have an incredibly tough centre (bsb, eternal guard and stubburn re-roll leadership 9 treeman that only gets hit on 6′s in a challenge)

   Magic you have 3 treesinging (2 bound) plus 4 dispel dice and two scrolls… very competitive magic phase in an era when magic is now on the wane.

   To back this up you have 3 x archers and HOD plus two units of the best fast cav in the game to sweep into flanks etc etc.. not to mention wardancers (even if only a small unit)

   People are so aware of WE lists and you’ve got everybase covered with very few concessions… I’d suspect most people will not like ancient plus bsb… I’ve played the ancient but not the bsb as well as people just hate it!!!
   I’d suspect that you will gets some comp hits… 2 – 3 for comp I reckon if you are lucky…. WE haters will hit it hard and astute players will see all the potential tactical nuances of this list.

   HI Jeff. My comment is about your protection. You MUST take all the stats and special rules off this list. You are not allowed to post these as they are under copyright and are only allowed in official GW publications like the army books or rulebook. You are breaching copyright by publishing them here. All forums have very tight rules about this to avoid legal action from GW.

   As for your list, this is what I would call a typical tournament list. Treeman Ancient and BSB is cheesy, but it is a tournament so WAAC lists
   are to be expected. I think this should do well, you have spent a lot of points on characters and enemy war machines are going to be firmly pointed at your treeman ancient, i am sure you are already aware of this!

   As to your comment. I think you are right about the BSB I may drop him for a melee hero of some kind. My other thought is to make him a lord and change my Ancient to a regular treeman

   I think the BSB is fine with the treeman, it is a tournie so these type of combo is reasonable. I have come across 2 treeman armies!

   I don’t think you’ll get good comp scores! I totally agree that treeman is much better than treeman ancient because you can use the extra character slot for something more flexible without losing that much moving dowen to the ordinary treeman.

   The best combo is 4th level wizard, 2nd level, BSB, Noble or 2nd level wizard, and normal treeman. This is devastating simply by the treesinging nightmare you will cause…..but again this is a cheesy but standard WE tournie list. It really depends how competitive you are feeling…..

   I usually don’t use list similar to this one, cause I prefer a MSU, but I think you have a good centre who can stand and fight until the end of the game and destroy the enemy’s centre.
   Have you think about the alter lord with loren’s bow and the arrows which annulate armor? (I don’t know the english name) It can destroy lots of enemy hard troops…

   Your list is on the hard side. Here in the states we match the 1st 2 games by comp so you would be playing a Demonic Legion ect.

   I used this at my last GT

   Lord, Harp, Nettlings
   Noble, Moonstone, GW
   Bsb, Royal Standard
   Caddy, 2 D.S

   26 Etg, stb, mus, Warbanner
   3×8 dryads
   5 Glade Riders

   5 Wild Riders
   6 Wardancers
   3 Treekin

   Treeman
   Eagle

   I got full comp with 5 bow shots, 2 usable PD, 3DD, 2 Scrolls and no H.O.D
   4-1

   Just drop the Ancient and grab a Lord or Weaver and the comp will go up a few points.
